These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pickleballcourtrepairphoenix.com (the "Site"), operated by Katies Threads LLC doing business as Valley Court Pros ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Nature of the service
The Site is a lead referral and information service. We are not a court repair contractor, and we do not perform court repair, resurfacing, striping, or construction work. We connect people who request service with independent, third-party local vendors who perform that work.
We do not employ these vendors, and they are not our agents or partners. Any agreement, estimate, price, schedule, warranty, or work is solely between you and the vendor. We do not guarantee the availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, conduct, or results of any vendor, and we are not a party to and not responsible for any transaction or dispute between you and a vendor.
Consent to be contacted and to share your information
When you submit your information through a form or by phone, you authorize us to share that information with one or more local vendors, and you consent to be contacted by us and by those vendors by phone and email regarding your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Calls to the number on the Site may be tracked and recorded.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for legitimate requests for service. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the content without our permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any vendor will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the Site or your dealings with any vendor, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Katies Threads LLC and Valley Court Pros from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your dealings with any vendor.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
